Project 3: June 13-15 Dewberry
Ms. Dewberry works hard to maintain her home and has lived there for more than 20 years, but she can’t afford to hire someone to do the necessary repairs. We are going to replace her tub with a shower pan and a new surround.
We will also provide her with a shower chair, grab bars and an adjustable shower head for better accessibility. We’ll also install a heater/fan/light in her bathroom. We’ll next repair the holes under her kitchen sink and we’ll remove security bars which could be a fire-escape exit issue. Ms. Dewberry says these repairs will mean a lot because she will have a clean, safe and more accessible shower.
