Project 4: May 9-11
Finley
Mrs. Finley has been living in her home since 2003. She has been involved in community service for many years now. She heard about our repair program at church, and we are excited to assist her with some repairs that will make a difference in her daily life/routine.
We will ensure that her windows are properly sealed and in good condition. We also plan to have someone check the electrical issues so that we can install a couple of ceiling fans and replace the lightbulbs in two bedrooms. In her master bath we will check her vanity and the toilet for leaks after we install a new vanity faucet and bathtub faucet. We will possibly replace three interior doors if the current doors are in bad condition. Outside her home we will make sure her security lights are working and that her soffit is tacked up properly.
Mrs. Finley is happy that her home will be more comfortable and safer after these repairs. After all she has done for her community and continues to do, she feels it’s her time to receive some help. If you would like to help at her house, please sign up.
