Mrs. Austin heard about us through friends and came to us after she was having some issues with her caving ceiling. She is also worried about other issues such as tripping on her bad carpet, so we have agreed to remove the carpet and resolve her ceiling issues.
During our initial evaluation of her home, we noticed a lot of cracks in the drywall and several windows that need to be replaced. The other issue she worries about is feeling safe and secure in her home due to old doors and locks so we are also going to be replacing these doors with brand new locks so she can feel safe again.
