Week 3: Project 4 - November 16th – 18th
Ms. Williams came to us after doing as much as she could with her home, she decided to ask us for help on finishing up some repairs that she had been tackling on her own. She has a beautiful home that she has lived in for over 30 years and she has been working towards fixing up several things throughout her home. Kathy has put all her time, energy, and money towards making her home safe and secure again, but she has exhausted all her efforts and we agreed to doing what we can to help her out with some of these issues.
After examining her home, we agreed to taking some of the work off her hands by repairing some of her floors in her kitchen bathroom and dining rooms, we will also be utilizing volunteers to work on adding drywall in the kitchen and dining rooms. If you would like to learn how to repair vinyl flooring or work with drywall, Ms. Williams home would be a great opportunity to bring a friend and lend a hand to this charming independent homeowner.
