During the third week of this month, our homeowner is in the northeast part of Oklahoma City, just east of the state capitol. Shirley and her daughter have been filling her home with memories and love for the past 44 years. Our work will be focused on three areas. On the exterior, we will be fixing and replacing siding and trim. In the bathroom, we will remove the tub and add a shower pan for better access, fix the subfloor, and install new vinyl plank flooring. Lastly there is some minor electrical, such as new light switches and outlets. If you're handy, please join us!
