The second home of this month will be returning to Ms. Tate's home to finish the work we started last month, due to work that is required that was not discovered during the evaluation. She is located just outside of Jones, Oklahoma. Ms. Tate needed the flooring in her bathroom and laundry room completely removed and the frame and support joist replaced. The floor joists were completely rotten, and her washer and dryer, and hot water tank were sinking. We will be installing vinyl flooring down to finish the laundry room, drywall in the bathroom and laundry room, trim, and installing her toilet. We will need 3-5 volunteers each day and hope to see you there. Parking on the street is not advised. There is parking on her lot so contact Chris for more information.
