Mrs. Garrett learned about
our program through her church in Spencer, Oklahoma. Sadly, she recently lost
her husband. With this loss, she needs our help more than ever. We plan to
assist by performing some exterior work, including painting, trim repair and
minor porch repair, as well as replace her garage door. We also plan to send
plumbers to address a yard plumbing issue.
On the interior of the home, we plan to replace her toilets, install grab bars
and replace her tub with a shower and surround. We will also replace ceiling
fans and possibly the AC condenser. The last thing we’ll focus on is installing
new flooring in several rooms. Mrs. Garrett says she appreciates any and all
help we can give her. It means the world to her to be able to stay in her home.
