The Nichols have been in their home for over 40 years. Mr. Nichols is a retired army officer and Mrs. Nicols is a retired teacher. They have been repairing things on their own but due to Mr. Nichol's recent health issues he has had to ask for help with addressing current maintenance repairs. We agreed to help with as much as we can, given our limitations. Besides replacing 9 windows and a couple of doors for them we are also going to install some accessibility items for them. We will be installing a ramp for them and a new toilet along with some grab bars in their bathroom. We will also be sending in plumbers to address their issues with the kitchen sink drain. They are grateful for our organization and our continued work and heart to serve others.
