Project 9: May 22-24 (Memorial Day week project)
Cordial
Mrs. Cordial inherited her home from her father in 2012. She has been trying to do repairs herself but can only do so much. Her grandson also lives with her, and she says that she would be grateful for any help that we can provide. We agreed to send plumbers to fix her drainage issues and leaks prior to us coming out to address other maintenance concerns.
We will use volunteers to help with replacing her kitchen and bathroom flooring. Our scope of work for Mrs. Cordial also includes replacing three interior doors and one exterior door, as well as some drywall repairs and closing her attic access. Come help us give Mrs. Cordial and her grandson the repairs they need for a more functional and comfortable home.
