Thortons
The Thortons have lived in their home for 15 years. They have asked for repairs to help them maintain their home and have a safer environment. They want to prevent further deterioration of their home, especially since their income is limited. One way we are going to help them with this is by replacing their roof.
We will also be installing some accessibility items for them. We’ll be converting their tub into a walk-in shower and installing grab bars. There will be three new ceiling fans that will be installed, as well as new lightbulbs where needed. To give them more security we will be replacing a couple of doors inside their home and installing a new front door and locks.
