On this project, we will be working on several different items. They have some drainage issues with their drains, service the hot water tank, and work on the garbage disposal.
We also will repair some damage to the facial at the rear of the home where a patio cover was pulled away from the home due to storm damage.
The fence in the backyard will need a new fence post.
Last we will be converting the main bath into a walk-in shower, and installing a new faucet and walls. ..
