We will be working for two weeks on this home. There will be a lot of different things you can be a part of.
Bathroom:
In the bathroom, we will be installing a new shower faucet, new vanity, and possibly a new tub. Replace the toilet, fix the flooring, and add a new tub surround.
Kitchen:
We will be focusing on plumbing issues such as installing a new sink, faucet, shutoff valves, and working on the washer box and drain.
Plumbers will be replacing the Hot Water tank and we will be checking for drainage.
Bedrooms:
Some flooring will be put down in the bedrooms, drywall repairs, and texture.
Overall, the home needs a lot of work and we are hopeful we can help with all the homeowner's needs.
