Project 2: Ezell / 8.13 - 8.15
Mr. Ezell lives alone in the home his grandmother worked hard to pay for. Before she passed away, he promised her that he would care for the home and continue living there. Now retired and living on a limited income, he turned to us for help, and we agreed to help him with the following.
We will be sending a contractor to replace his roof. Our team will be reframing and installing siding at the rear of his home. We will also repair water-damaged areas, replace the flooring, install new sinks and toilets in both the master and hall bathrooms, replace all entry doors and seven windows, remove tree branches as needed, verify proper drainage around the home, and, if needed, install new attic insulation
