Project 1: Russell / 5.7 – 5.9
Ms. Russell has lived in her home for 30 years. She came to us for help with some major issues and we are helping her with the following:
This project will involve a full roof replacement and installation of a new HVAC unit to improve the home’s safety and efficiency. Volunteers will assist with repairing and/or repainting the porch soffit as needed and address water-damaged ceilings in the hallway, bathroom, bedroom, and den. Additional work includes replacing the sump pump and checking basement drainage, updating gutters where necessary, repainting ceilings after repairs, and installing new smoke alarms to ensure the home is safe and secure.
