Rhodes (3-week project) 1.8 - 1.10 & 1.15 - 1.17 & 1.22 - 1.24
Mr. Rhodes has done what he can to up-keep his home, but he has struggled after a minor kitchen fire set him back. He was still able to live there and continued doing repairs, but we decided to assist him as best we can.
We will be having a contractor replace his roof and check his HVAC unit, but we will utilize volunteers for his other items. Volunteers will be assisting in replacing several windows and doors. We will also be repairing drywall, replacing fire damaged cabinets and countertops. There will be flooring installed throughout the home. Painting will be added both interior and exterior as well as replacing his siding and fixing the garage door. Minor electrical work will be addressed, and we will be installing ceiling fans where possible. The last thing we will address will be minor plumbing and draining issues from the problematic plumbing.
