Iving: 12. 4 – 12. 6
Due to bad weather we had to delay this project back in October. The Irving family takes good care of their home but has had some issues with water damage directly decaying one side of their house. Although we cannot fully take care of this issue, we agreed to do what we can by digging out an area to try to redirect the angle of the water issue.
We will also be working on replacing trim and repairing siding as needed; we will also be painting the exterior. The patio door will be replaced and inside the house we will be repairing the subfloor in several rooms. If you would like to help us with this home, we would appreciate the help.
